The Fringe Hair Salon

The Fringe Hair is located at the top of the hill, just south of 17th Avenue between Bankview and Mount Royal at 2609, 14th Street South West. Open from early to late weekdays, and now Saturday and Sunday as well, you’re sure to find the Fringe accessible and accommodating.
The Fringe is full service salon with a team of dedicated and highly trained individuals who are experts in both men’s and women’s hair design. We understand that the foundation of a great looking style is a flawless cut and a perfectly suited color. We’re dedicated to leading edge techniques, excellence in communication and are passionate about lifelong learning.

The Fringe Hair Company was founded in 1994 and is still managed by two of the original partners. Starting with a shoestring budget, hard work and lots of help and support from friends and family the Fringe was born.

Connie and Jo-Anne have created a friendly and professional environment in which to offer their services. Their unique business model has been recognized as being highly innovative and now the Fringe boasts a team of more than 20. As a testament to the rewarding and inspiring environment at the Fringe many on our team have been with us for years, in fact, many of our stylists completed their apprenticeship training through us and have become some of our company’s top performers.
